I wish I could use the app to book a bike, but setting up is so very difficult. First, I apparently cannot enter a US phone number, though I can verify my age with a US driver's license. Second, at every step of the account setup or verification, the app tells me that something went wrong or it freezes. If I cancel out of the screen, then it sometimes updates to say that the action was successful after all! Super buggy, please fix so we can use what promises to be a desirable app.

Good service in theory, but lacking execution. Not clear that the cargo bike should be returned to the exact spot where you rented it from. After a 20Km ride away from the starting point, I had to go back and spend 25€ on an Uber ride. The phone holder is not great. My phone fell off in the middle of a busy road and I got cracked screen. No way to pre-book it more than 20 mins in advance, never availably when I need it. Not very useful because of this.

It's so great to have this service in Utrecht; my partner and I moved appartements today using 2 Cargoroos (with fairly small amount of stuff), it was a fun experience. It saved us a lot of money and hassle trying to find a rental van that we didn't really need. We've also used one before to show a visiting friend all over the city, which was great fun! The app itself is a little jank - sometimes the bikes on the map disseapper, but never had an issue locking/unlocking the bikes.
