If you’re still operating under the illusion that heavy music doesn’t come in a technicolour format, then you’re clearly yet to be acquainted with DEATH GOALS. This two piece from the UK exists within a riotous rainbow of colour – and they’ll be delivering their chaotic hardcore energy to Tilburg as they take to the stage at Roadburn 2024.

Death Goals – AKA Harry Bailey and George Milner – document the euphoric highs and the devastating lows of their lived experiences with queerness. In a live setting, this coalesces in a whirlwind of catharsis and celebration in equal measure, galvanising the community they’ve built around their music. Whether they’re up close and personal or holding a festival audience in the palms of their hands, Death Goals are a symbol of hope, acceptance, and having an unforgettably good time.

Of their upcoming Roadburn debut they tell us: “We couldn’t be more excited to be making our Roadburn debut this April; as a festival that has always celebrated the weird and wonderful niches of alternative music, we feel incredibly at home amongst this line-up, and we cannot thank the Roadburn team more for having us on board. See you down the front!

‘Til April rolls around, we suggest you get familiar with their latest album, A Garden of Dead Flowers – and then join them as they explode like the audio equivalent of glitter bomb.
